Daniela Hernández

A sweet young rat who is going through college to be a teacher. Works part-time as a children's entertainer - often wears a little bee costume to work. Gentle and kind-hearted, she has captured the eyes and the hearts of many of the rats in La Cuidad. Lives in a little apartment with her best friend, Sofia. Is developing feelings for Miguel after he saved her life.

Sofia Ramírez

Best friend and roommate of our heroine, Daniela. Sofia is firey and wild, and tends bar at the local drinking spot: El Abrevadero, though she's just as likely to kick troublemakers out as any of the bouncers there. Twin sister of Lorenzo.

Lorenzo Ramírez

Sofia's twin brother. He's shy and withdrawn, a poet who struggles to find his inspiration. Has harboured a crush on Daniela since they were very young but is too afraid to tell her. Best friend of Joaquin.

Joaquin Rojas

Rich playboy and heir to the Rojas fortune. Spoiled and tends to believe everything he sets his eyes on belongs to him. Expects only the finest things in life and leaves a string of broken hearts behind him. The only real friend he has is Lorenzo. Might be getting feelings for Mia.

Miguel García

He claims he is the true heir to the Rojas fortune. Dario isn't completely sure if it's true or not, the dog! He's a polite, charming rat. Turns out he is a fake, put there by his father Cortez. He's laying on the charms with Daniela to make him seem more of a hero than he actually is.

Dario Rojas

Joaquin (and Miguel's?) father. The richest rat in La Cuidad. He had a very wild youth but in his older years has done the best he can to help the community with his riches. He's learned what is important in life and wishes Joaquin would learn this lesson earlier than he ever did.

MIA GARCÍA

A seemingly sweet, if jokey young rat lady. She has been put into the Rojas family sphere by her father, Cortez, to charm Joaquin and put him off his game as her brother, Miguel makes a grab for the Rojas family fortune. Is she truly happy with her lot in life though?

CORTEZ GARCÍA

The father of Miguel and Mia. Dario's former business partner who was cut out for reasons unknown. He's now using his children to infiltrate the Rojas family in an attempt to destroy his former friend's life. Will his lust for revenge mean more to him than his own family?

Rosa Moreno

The loyal housekeeper of the Rojas family. She cares about Joaquin a great deal. Does she hold her own secrets? Only time will tell!!
